This got by me for two billing cycles before I caught it and canceled. <br /> <br /> I tried to submit a ticket requesting my funds be returned and was answered saying I used a "coupon code" (which I have NEVER used BTW)to purchase the product. When I asked for proof she said she could not show me the page or exactly how I did it and that my case was "closed." What a load of garbage. I asked for the supervisor of the billing company and of course have not been answered since. I don't care if his products work or not but do NOT go near anything put out by this company. <br /> <br /> If their customer support is this shady, there is no integrity or morality or standards within.
