They gave me 5 numbers to call to cancel my membership. I didn't get through to any of them, so I then went on to try to cancel my e-merchant club web site. I called 3 different numbers for that one and finally talked to someone. <br /> <br /> I canceled it so they said, but they are still taking money out of my savings account. I was broke to begin with and even more so now with SMC taking the $29.95 web site monthly fees that they said they canceled. <br /> <br /> I do not have any money with the fees and overdrafts that I have to pay. I was reading through this review and someone was saying they don't like it when you cancel. That has been true for me as well.
