We talked to the sales person a lot before we put our money down. He assured us we would not have to work after our training was complete due to the fact we would have all kinds of work available to us.<br /> <br /> Long story short, our training was over when we got one contract for half of the work that was owed to us, but after that we could not even get the sales person on the phone. When we did talk to the sales person we asked when we would get more work. He told us we needed to try to find our own work; they still owe work.<br /> <br /> I did find a lawyer who wants to put together a class action suit. We just need to all band together and take them down. They bid so low, and take 20% up front before you get a penny and you have to wory about labor, taxes, payroll preparation, chemicals,  and equipment. I am a franchise owner for 1 year now. I purchased the E-5 plan which is $5000 a month in business they suppose to provide me. I was given a contract that had previous problems and didnt keep it a full month. I got another account and brought the place up to spotless and they ended up taking me out of the account for no sustantial reason (arbitrary). To date they still owe me over $2000.00 in business and I havent gotten it.
