Clear instructions on what you have actually signed up for and when you will be charged is missing or hard to find.<br /> <br /> Proof of this is that when you go to the IMC website support section, they have special FAQs for people wondering why they are being charged.<br /> I find this tactic unpleasant and certainly not customer friendly. It seems like a cheap money grab.
