I thought nothing about it until this year when the employee used fraud to upsell services that they offer. Now I realize the employees they hire have no formal training in accounting or any other area. Most are either retired or are stay at home mom's looking for extra income. <br /> <br /> In fact these employees would not be able to do a return if they did not have a computer program doing it for them.
