I was told by his salesperson that it was guaranteed. I was very honest with her about wanting to learn about trading options, not just do what someone tells me to do without knowing why. She assured me that I could talk with Chuck Hughes himself and get direct feedback from him and his associates about why they were making the trades, ask questions and get over the phone answers and really learn how to trade options. <br /> <br /> Right after I signed up and spent $5,000 on his 'exclusive membership' I couldn't get anyone to help me. The sales gal wouldn't take my calls and her boss insulted me and said she didn't want to talk with me. They wouldn't let me revoke my membership only 24 hours after they took my money, which I still think is illegal. <br /> <br /> With nothing else to do, besides sue for my money back, I decided to open the account they set me up with which, within one week, closed all accounts associated with the Hughes system. No one would help me, call me back regarding my refund or anything. They did agree to give me another year's subscription for free because I made no money following his advice the first year when I set up an automatic trading vehicle to mirror his options purchases. Their excuse was that the market was really tough at that time. <br /> <br /> Chuck Hughes original ad tells you that it doesn't matter what the market is doing because they play both puts and calls. Evidently it mattered during the year I put up with this farce. Not once has anyone ever explained why they were making the trades they made and I watched my account dwindle by about 20% from $10,000 to $8,000 over the first year. This all started about 1-1/2 years ago. <br /> <br /> I'm half way through my second 'free' year (that's only cost me a total of $7,000 now). This is just another newsletter scam that claims it can do what it won't follow up to do. And they won't return your money even within the first legal 72 hours if you cancel. And they won't take you by the hand and teach you anything they promise either.
