I consistently average 8 shows a month (considered 'full-time' in this business) and earn an average of $200 per show. My performance is above the average income of $100 per show, but that is partly because I respect this as a business and treat it as such(versus as a hobby).<br /> <br /> Regardless of your goals, I do believe this is a good option to consider. The company is fair, very clear in its policies, and provides tremendous on-line training.<br /> <br /> Several posters have commented on having been consultants with less than adequate directors. Each consultant is independent, but has a director who is responsible for facilitating their training, recognizing their accomplishments, and mentoring them to achieve their business goals. As in any business environment, there are good leaders and poor ones. <br /> <br /> In the last year, the company has implemented a training academy that is available to all new directors. They've also increased the on-line training available to all levels. <br /> <br /> I do this 'full-time', but there are plenty of consultants (male and female) who work it part-time or simply as a hobby. If you want to do this as a hobby, you will receive discounts and perks, but not attain a sizable income.
