Although they did handle the calls they were lacking in being able to go that 'extra mile' as far as basic customer service goes. It was as though they were more concerned with talk time than helping the customers, my potential customers. <br /> <br /> I don't know if these reps are being micro managed or quality controlled to death but it reflects in the calls.
