I don't just mean he's a great snakeoil salesman, or that he can convince you that you can make lots of money if you know his short sales secrets.... I mean he will cheat you. Unfortunately, I learned this firsthand when Mark Sumpter hired my company as a vendor, and then he bounced several thousand dollars in bad checks to us. He has failed to respond to numerous requests to honor these checks, and we have filed charges with the state attorney's office to pursue the matter. Check out Rip Ooff Report and you will see other reports of unsavory and unethical behavior. I must admit that there is a certain irony in the fact that former police officer, Mark Sumpter now has an organization called The Wealth College that issues bad checks. Now that's a crime!!!
